What we offer
DERMAL FILLER
Facial Restoration, Structure & Longevity
Dermal filler is where artistry, anatomy, and clinical judgement meet.
At Bezar, it is never about filling lines or enhancing trends. It is about restoring facial balance, supporting structure, and future-proofing your face as it naturally changes over time.
This is Janine’s core area of practice. Dermal filler is approached with precision, restraint, and a deep respect for facial anatomy, ageing patterns, and long-term outcomes.
Every treatment is part of a considered, full-face plan. Nothing is done in isolation.
A different philosophy around dermal filler
Ageing is not about “losing beauty”. It is about structural change. Volume shifts. Fat pads descend. Bone resorbs. Skin quality alters. Dermal filler, when used correctly, supports these changes rather than masking them.
At Bezar, dermal filler is used to:
Restore volume where it has been lost
Rebuild structural support
Improve facial balance and proportion
Enhance skin quality and hydration
Maintain a natural, recognisable appearance
The goal is never to look “done”.
The goal is to look well, rested, and like yourself.
Full-face restorative approach
Dermal filler treatments at Bezar are always assessed from a global facial perspective, rather than a single feature focus. Lips are not treated without considering cheeks. Jawlines are not treated without considering chin support. Everything is connected.
Common areas that may be treated include:
Cheeks and mid-face volume
Temples
Chin and jawline
Lips (structure, hydration, balance)
Nasolabial and marionette folds
Nose (non-surgical support in selected cases)
Pre-auricular support
General facial volume loss
Earlobes for volume loss and earring support
Treatment areas are determined through consultation and clinical assessment, not chosen from a menu.
Product selection matters
Bezar stocks a curated range of premium dermal filler brands including Belotero®, Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Teoxane®, and Radiesse®. Different products behave differently within the tissue. Product choice is based on anatomy, movement, skin quality, and desired longevity.
There is no single “best filler”.
There is only the right filler for the right face, at the right time.
Consultation-led, clinician-delivered care
Your consultation and your treatment are performed by the same practitioner. There are no sales consultations and no handovers. Time is taken to assess your facial structure, medical history, previous treatments, skin condition, and long-term goals.
Dermal filler consultations at Bezar are purposeful. They are about education, planning, and setting realistic expectations. If you proceed with treatment, your consultation fee is credited toward your dermal filler appointment.
Skin preparation & reassessment
Dermal filler treatments at Bezar allow time for proper skin preparation and reassessment. This includes cleansing, skin evaluation, and consideration of tissue quality to ensure product choice and placement are appropriate.
This is not a rushed, in-and-out appointment.
Time is part of the treatment.
Safety, continuity & aftercare
Bezar is a permanent Marlborough clinic. We do not operate on a fly-in, fly-out model. Following dermal filler treatment, Janine remains available for clinical follow-up and support. This continuity of care is essential for safe injectable practice and peace of mind.
Results & longevity
Results from dermal filler are visible immediately, with continued refinement as swelling settles. Longevity varies depending on product, placement, and individual factors, but results commonly last from several months to over a year.
Before-and-after results can be viewed on our social channels in line with advertising regulations.

Payment options
Dermal filler treatments are available on payment plans.
Dermal fillers (including Belotero®, Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Teoxane®, and Radiesse®) are prescription-only injectable medical devices. These products are administered only after a clinical assessment by a qualified health professional. The use of dermal fillers has risks and benefits. Suitability, outcomes, and treatment responses vary among individuals. A consultation is required before prescribing or administering these treatments.
