    Whether you are looking for a simple anti-wrinkle treatment plan or a more comprehensive annual approach, we can create an option that suits your goals, budget and treatment schedule.

  • Some patients want a straightforward plan built around regular anti-wrinkle treatments such as Xeomin, Dysport or Botox. Others want a more customised yearly plan that may combine different treatment types, skincare and long-term skin support.

    Your plan may be focused on one treatment category, or it may be a mixed-modality plan built around your individual needs. This is all discussed with you at your consultation, so you know exactly what is included and what to expect

  • We use GoCardless for fortnightly direct debit payments because it is a secure, reliable and fair payment system with low processing costs. This helps us keep payment plan fees as low and transparent as possible.

    Most plans run over 12 months, with payments made fortnightly. Your exact payment amount will depend on the treatments included in your personalised plan.

  • We keep all payment plan costs clear from the start.

    • A 1% processing fee applies to each transaction

    • A $10.40 annual setup fee applies to your plan

    • A $15 administration fee applies if a scheduled payment is missed

    The 1% transaction fee is passed on to the patient, while the 40 cent GoCardless transaction charge is built into the annual $10.40 setup fee. This keeps the structure simple and avoids extra per-payment charges beyond the 1% processing fee.

    Before you commit to any plan, we will talk you through all details at your consultation, including your payment schedule, included treatments, any benefits that apply, and what happens if a payment is missed.
